Vacuum Fixture for PCB Solder Mask Inkjet Printer

Compared with the traditional PCB spraying and etching process, the new PCB solder mask digital inkjet technology reduces the process, reduces environmental pollution, and saves solder mask oil. However, the new PCB solder mask digital inkjet printer requires a very high flatness of the PCB when printing PCB. Especially when the UV lamp is exposed, the PCB will bend or bulge due to the increase in temperature, causing the system alarm to interrupt the operation. The vacuum fixture for PCB solder mask inkjet printer is a vacuum adsorption table specially developed for solder mask printers. A control valve that can be opened and closed independently is installed in each suction hole of the vacuum fixture. Generally, a vacuum fixture will evenly set 200~300 suction holes. PCBs of different sizes can be fixed with the same vacuum fixture, and even if the PCB has thousands of micro holes (≥Φ0.1mm), it can still be fixed. The vacuum fixture adopts the latest ultra-low pressure difference adsorption technology, which can achieve the PCB being fixed while not causing the drop point deviation of the ink droplets printed near the micro holes (≥Φ0.1mm), ensuring the precise positioning of the ink droplets. Since the PCB is sucked by hundreds of suction holes, the PCB will not bulge during the UV light exposure process.
